Triceratops Eurycephalus #1 By: Tamiya
Triceratops Eurycephalus PreHistoric World #1 1:35 scale
One of the best known dinosaurs is this peaceful, three-horned, plant-eating prehistoric beast. This vegetarian lived in the swampy areas of what now is Wyoming, Montana and Colorado. It was a heavily built animal that moved in herds with its young and attained a length of about 27 feet. The Triceratops achieved a weight between seven to eight tons and was one of the last and longest surviving dinosaurs during the Mesozoic era. A Triceratops would be very difficult to corner and kill, and there were certainly many flesh eating dinosaurs that went looking for easier game, after tangling with this fearsome small-brained brute.
